Artist Biography
Bernie Masterson studied at the National College of Art and Design (NCAD), achieving a first-class MFA Honours. She has extensive experience providing educational services in prisons in Ireland as both teacher and artist. She is also the recipient of the inaugural Janet Mullarney Prize 2020 for her video work Flight.
Her work ‘Bold Writing’ was selected for the annual MExIndex Screening 2020.
